High-end P Series UNIX Servers

Abtech Systems provides high end P series UNIX servers such as the model 690 that offers advanced reliability features like chip kill memory, First Failure Data Capture and Dynamic processor de-allocation. These servers are designed for mission-critical commercial or technical environments. They also feature advanced symmetric multiprocessing (SMP) up to 32-ways. Copper and silicon-on-insulator (SOI) chip to service processor, hot-plug PCI and PCI-X slots, hot-plug redundant power supplies and cooling fans, and dynamic processor de-allocation keep the processor cool to handle high work demands. These servers also feature up to 32 dynamic AIX 5L logical partitions offering greater flexibility in using available capacity, then to on demand capabilities including processor on demand, memory on demand, capacity back up, and on/off capacity on demand, allow for a secure work environment. The pSeries high performance Switch allow for high-bandwidth, low latency cluster interconnect.
